I will present my technical paper, “From Business as Usual to AI Business Readiness: Why Project Controls Holds the Key,” at the AACE International Conference & Expo 2026.
The presentation explores why AI readiness is not simply a technology challenge. It is a business readiness issue that depends on data discipline, budget capability, strategic alignment, and human judgment. Through the lens of project controls, the paper reframes the profession’s role from reporting and execution support to a critical enabler of decision-grade data, governance, and organizational readiness in the AI era.
The session introduces Libby’s AI Readiness Framework and Empower–Execute–Elevate (E³) Framework as practical models for helping organizations move from business-as-usual practices toward stronger, more resilient AI-enabled decision-making.
